Kylie is the owner and Principal Pilates instructor at Good Vibes Pilates & Yoga
She has always been a passionate advocate of physical fitness and health and has over 25 years experience as a personal trainer and fitness instructor. She has worked globally in New York, Miami and LA and also in Hong Kong and Thailand. This included working within the elite acting society in the US and Australia and being the personal trainer of Princess Ubolratana Rajakanya the first daughter of the King of Thailand.
While in Thailand she was badly injured in a motorcycle accident resulting in a severe low back and nerve injury which left her with left leg paralysis. Her journey back to physical well- being introduced her to the significant benefits of Pilates. As a devotee she embarked on further education to become a qualified Pilates mat and Reformer instructor and worked within a combined Pilates and Physiotherapy practise to further her knowledge in not only providing fitness programmes for the general population but also for those that have experienced an injury.
She is very excited to have opened her own studio that can offer both the general population and all those that have experienced an injury a holistic approach to be at their physical best. By having Pilates, Yoga and Physiotherapy onsite she can offer the individual an opportunity to treat their injury, return to well- being and maintain flexibility, strength, fitness ,relaxation and mindfulness in an atmosphere that is fun and supportive. Kylie is a very dynamic instructor whose positive energy and sense of humour makes you feel better on the outside and also lets you leave with a smile.
Woohoo, you may have seen this gorgeous creature in your #pilates or #barre class lately.
Georgie first fell in love with Pilates in 2013 after she was getting tired of the gym scene and was looking to improve her flexibility, posture and core strength. Spending her youth heavily involved in dancing, swimming and aerobics classes; health and fitness has always been an area of interest for Georgie. After completing a Bachelor of Business and working within the industry for a few years she decided to follow her passion for a holistic lifestyle and help others develop their addiction for Pilates. Georgie completed her Matwork course with Studio Pilates and can’t wait to help you improve your flexibility, core strength and get that booty you have always dreamed of!

At B Well Physiotherapy we believe in the uniqueness of each person. With 25 years experience and a Masters in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy we have the ability to offer a treatment programme that best suits your own individual circumstance.
Being an experienced clinician I have developed palpation skills that allow me to use minimal force when treating. I have found this a more effective and comfortable approach than using forceful techniques. There are a wide variety of treatments that I have experience in. Please see below under treatments for a description of them.As a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist I have additional expertise in treating spinal conditions such as neck and back pain. All patients can be assured of a thorough assessment and discussion of what treatment I feel will best benefit your condition.
Our aim is to relieve your symptoms then suggest and help design an appropriate programme to maintain your health. Whether this is a programme on site, a home-exercise programme, hydrotherapy or one of your own choice. We are able to work with you in a gym or pool at a lower level with the aim of graduating to a general exercise programme that you can continue to attend. In essence our motto is to work with you naturally, gently and as fast as your body allows to continue to Be Well. You are important and valuable, be kind to yourself. Let us help you take care of yourself. If you feel well and are well then living is an adventure not to be missed.
Hiya, my names Megan,
I moved to the Australia in 2007 from the UK,I followed then snow seasons which led me this this beautiful pocket of the world that I'm so grateful to call home.
I found yoga 7 years ago in a ridiculously stressful time it was my outlet to let go, I slowly started to notice the teachings translated off the mat, but I kept returning to my mat to explore the asana, having always wanted to do my TT, wanting to Delv deeper into the understanding of this practice I completed my 200hr teacher training through Threedom Wellness with Laura Humphries July 2017.
Yoga for me, has taught me its not something that you 'do' it's a certain way of being. Finding inspiration when people tap into their greatest potential, no matter how small or big, it allows to bloom into our own unique potential.
