Good Vibes now offers Mums N Bubs studio sessions. Now you can enjoy the benefits of Pilates workout with our traditional equipment. A studio session for Mums N Bubs is a more specific workout where we look closely at the individual needs of a new mother.
During your 45 minute session your baby will be in arms reach either beside you in a capsule, bouncer on a rug. Of course if your lucky enough to arrive with a sleeping baby in the pram you can let them slumber peacefully while you workout. At anytime during the session you can attend to your baby for any feeding, nappy changing or settling needs.
Giving birth is a life changing event. Our body can feel like its not our own anymore and doesn’t look or feel the same as it once did. Don’t despair, do something about it! You can have your body back and feel strong and agile again. It may seem like a long road back to how you once were but Pilates will help to make that road shorter as you begin to understand your body, and make positive changes with the guidance of our Pilates instructors.
Pilates will strengthen your pelvic floor and abdominals, tone your entire body, stretch out those achey tight spots from carrying, lifting, feeding and changing your baby and give you a sense of well-being and confidence.
If you have been seeing a physiotherapist, osteopath or chiropractor for pelvic dysfunctions or other conditions we will also liaise with your practitioner throughout out your journey to ensure you receive the best possible outcome. Ages 0-2 welcome
