We are putting Reform in Reformer – giving you a full body workout with assistance, and resistance as we work those heavy springs! Lifting, lowering, pressing, pulling, jumping, bending.... sweating! A great low impact option for those with injuries, whilst keeping it punchy with results, and intimate with only 3 spots per class. Socks are to be worn for hygiene. Forgot them? Never fear, we sell Toesox in our studios. Available for all fitness levels. |

Yoga - General & Deep Stretch
Yoga cultivates health and well being (physical, emotional, mental and social) through the regular practice of a range of many different techniques, including postures and movement, breath awareness and breathing exercises, relaxation and concentration.
At Good Vibes we offer various yoga classes of different styles - flow with a Vinyasa sequence, or slow it down for a deep recovery stretch with Yin.
All levels of fitness are welcome, including prenatal.
